Just posting about my life right now. I just walked out of the CFP to see if Maddie texted me and to just chill for a second.
I guess I will take a second to explain my current job. So I just got moved from the 83NOS to the 633CS CFP. Basically it is a shop within the comm squadron that sees all of the base’s issues and routes them to the specific back shop that can fix that issue. I was put in charge of that. The guys here are really great: Gray, Spealman, and Greco are my NCOs and they are very hard workers. They are making it pretty easy for me to get this thing on track. I guess I should mention that my commanders specific instructions were “To raise moral in the CFP”
I plan on raising morale by completing two sub goals: Improve team cohesiveness and improve how the job is done. I think that when these two goals are complete, people will want to come to work to see their friends and to feel fulfilled by the work.
